Fredrik Jacobson withstood a final round charge from Ryan Moore and John Rollins to win his first PGA Tour tournament at the Travelers Championship on Sunday.

Rollins and Moore put together nearly identical rounds, each shooting 63 on Sunday, but it wasn't enough to overtake Jacobson who had only one bogey for the tournament. Moore held a share of the lead after hitting back-to-back birdies on 15 and 16 but missed a 4-foot par putt on 18 and Rollins tied him with a closing birdie on 18.

It was an impressive tournament for Jacobson, who joined the tour eight years ago.  The Junkman was anything but junk at TPC River Highlands, shooting rounds of 65, 66, 63 and 66 and landing only two shots shy of the course record.

Though Jacobson missed setting a record at the course, Patirck Cantlay, who will be a sophomore at UCLA in the fall, shot a course record 60 in the second round of the tournament and finished T24 at -11.

Players at TPC River Highlands didn't have much trouble shooting low scores over the course of four days. Only three players - John Daly, Zack Miller and Daniel Summerhays -  were over par and the 74 golfers that made the cut finished in birdy-laden packs with 2 at -19, 1 at -18, and -16 each, 3 at -15, 5 at -14, 4 at -13, 7 at -12, 9 at -11, 5 at -10, 5 at -9, 9 at -8, 4 at -7, 3 at -6, 4 at -5, 4 at -4, and 5 at -3. PGA Tour players weren't the only ones that went low at Travelers… my golf picks weren't too bad either. Though, I didn't land any of the Top 10 finishers, I made some improvement with my Vegas betting lines formula. Only one of my picks missed the cut (Jim Furyk) and the rest finished in one of the middle packs that went low.

It's still nothing to take to Vegas, but it's progress. See the results below.

1. Zach Johnson (T24, -11)
2. Martin Laird (T33, -10)
