- triton driver
This club was a True bargain, easy to adjust, lots of options but simple to understand. took away most of my left hand slice.I think the slow USGA approval had damaged its start, I had a call away x hot two . this club preforms better and straight shots.
- A Fantastic Golf Club
Have played the Wilson Triton DVD for a little more than a month. Longer than my beloved Nike Vapor that has now been assigned to my travel set. How does this club play? Straight and forgiving. Launches high without ballooning. Minimal distance lost on shots hit near crown. Toe hits lose distance but seem to avoid trouble because the dispersion pattern is so tight. It is difficult to hit this club wildly offline. Have not experimented with the myriad adjustments, but I'm figuring a trip to the range will get me more distance with the carbon fiber sole plate. Here's my final word on the Triton. My brother in law is looking for a new driver. I suggested to him that he buy the Triton, and if he didn't like it better than the Ping he is now playing, he could just slide it into the bag I keep at his home for Northern rounds and that I would gladly pay him the full purchase price.
