Damaged Or Defective Items
In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer service department at 1-866-955-3362.

Don't Want the Product
If for some reason you change your mind after receiving your order you can return it if falls into each of these categories:

  • Purchase was made on HurricaneGolf.com.
  • Sale was within the last 30 days of product receipt.
  • Product is UNUSED, still shrink-wrapped and in original packaging. Hurricane Golf will not accept any returns of used items.
  • Items with a discounted price ending in $0.86 are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To avoid the 15% restocking fee you may purchase a comparable item in a separate order.

Warranty Issues
Hurricane Golf proudly stands behind all items we sell. If merchandise is damaged through a manufacturers defect we will gladly repair or replace the club. A club dented outside the face (sky-marks, sole dents) is not covered by manufacturer’s warranty.

Returning a Product
All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact a Hurricane Golf sales representative by phone (866-955-3362) to receive your RMA number. Please print that RMA number on the outside of the box containing your return and ship back to us. Once a return has been inspected, the item will either be replaced or repaired if it falls under warranty. Please allow 4-7 business days for processing.
