Damaged in Transit
If anything happens to your package in transit, please contact Hurricane Golf as soon as possible. We will do everything possible to get you an acceptable replacement in a timely manner or we will refund your money.
Don't Want the Product
If for some reason you change your mind after receiving your order you can return it if falls into each of these categories:
- Purchase was made on HurricaneGolf.com (All eBay Sales are final, unless a manufacturer defect occurs.)
- Sale was within the last 30 days of product receipt.
- Product is UNUSED, still shrink-wrapped and in original packaging. Hurricane Golf will not accept any returns of used items.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To avoid the 15% restocking fee you may purchase a comparable item in a separate order.
Hurricane Golf proudly stands behind all items we sell. If merchandise is damaged through a manufacturers defect we will gladly repair or replace the club. A club dented outside the face (sky-marks, sole dents) is not covered by manufacturer’s warranty.
Returning a Product
All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact a Hurricane Golf sales representative by phone (866-955-3362) to receive your RMA number. Please print that RMA number on the outside of the box containing your return and ship back to us. Once a return has been inspected, the item will either be replaced or repaired if it falls under warranty. Please allow 4-7 business days for processing.
