Shipping Information

Order Processing
All orders will ship within 1 business day of an order being placed. In most cases an order received before 2:00 pm CST will ship the same day, but in some cases it may not make it on the truck until the next business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or on US Holidays.

To avoid delaying your order the billing address must match the billing address for the selected credit card.

Insurance
All packages are insured for its full value and all insurance costs are included in the cost of shipping.

Tracking Numbers
You will receive a shipment confirmation email on the day that your order leaves our warehouse. Depending on your email provider/program sometimes these wind up in your Junk Mail folder.

Continental US
All Hurricane Golf orders within the Continental US ship via UPS or USPS, unless the customer has elected to pay more for expedited shipping.

**We cannot ship to PO Boxes, so please be sure to use a physical address.**

Shipping charges for any Rush Delivery (2nd Day Air) order are subject to approval by a Hurricane Golf representative. Golf Bags are not eligible for Rush Delivery.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
All Hurricane Golf orders going to AK, HI or PR ship via 2nd Day Air. If desired a customer in one of these states can elect to expedite the shipping to Next Day Air for an additional charge.

Canada Shipping
UPS International Priority is Hurricane Golf’s standard shipping method to Canada.
UPS International Priority is, generally, delivered in 2-5 business days after leaving our facility. International Priority is fully insured.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
You may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from Hurricane Golf includes only the cost of your order and the cost of shipping and you will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local government office if you'd like more information.

Commercial Invoices and Declared Values
All of our international shipments include a commercial invoice. We represent all of our products as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it. We cannot, under any circumstances, lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but merchandise (this means NO gifts!!). We also note shipping charges on the commercial invoice as required by the carrier. We do not include the shipping charges in the value of the item.
